@MLClark Downright frightening.
To think what could be accomplished if they'd put all that energy into making a *positive* difference in the world today.
So much time and energy wasted fighting such a f@#&ing waste of human effort.
@MLClark And energy wasted in fear.
Yes. They've already "won" in how much they've compelled people to live in fear of them getting a chance to implement this plan in a more comprehensive way than they already do on local levels.
And I'm still worried that folks will forget about this come 2028. "Oh, P2025 is so 2024! The GOP's changed now, honest!"
No. If they could craft this once, they can implement then, too.
In a sane world, they should be losing for years, 'til this has been purged from the party system entirely.
@MLClark Trump is already doing that. And the media, for the most part is going "Oh, ok" and ignoring his Agenda 47, which is lifted from 2025.
I'm still seething over how much the media spun John Kerry as a "flipflopper" for things as simple as "I'm a Catholic myself, but I wouldn't impose my views on abortion on others", yet this latest candidate flips every week on something, and - crickets. You can tell *so clearly* that they want to make a close race out of this for readers and viewers, no matter what the greater civic cost.
@MLClark Exactly. There are far more media outlets now then there were 20 years ago. They're all fighting for the same click pool. The more they keep the feat and perpetuate a false parity, the more money they make. At the expense of everything else.
@Graci It is *wild* how comprehensive that monstrosity is!
