Planet Fitness has been fairly GLBTQ+ friendly. I had a genderfluid trainer when I went there. They were nice and a great trainer. I don't meet that many genderfluid people from Black rural south Georgia very often, or at least not many who feel comfortable being themselves in public, and I liked that about Planet Fitness. Mind you, I don't know if PF is consistent in this behavior -- just that the one I went to seemed pretty good.
