I consider her an equal and will definitely be making some noise about this.

@kel Previous job, I complained my colleagues were very underpaid compared to me and should get level-up raises. Instead we all got 10% or "there's the door". Management, huh!

@Gite_Milvain Step increases can take time. I get that, but it's rote exploitation to treat an hourly contributor as if she's salary and then refuse to pay for her overtime.

I believe the technical term is, "illegal."
