@sfleetucker Then my PA license would be no good, as well. I don't have the Real ID.
I went to get it, took ALL the paperwork that was listed in the letter, waited for FOUR STINKIN' HOURS, and they told me my last name wasn't the same as when I was born.
Well, no. I'd gotten married 35 years before.
I BROUGHT WHAT WAS ON THE LIST.
Anyhow, I left after that. I can certainly see why people go postal, so to speak.
@sfleetucker Not because of that. I didn't take my marriage license! IT WASN'T ON THE LIST!
I took his last name when we got married (like a million years ago).
I was so damn mad that day. If they'd had that on the list of documents to bring, I would have taken it.
I can't imagine the crap transgender people go through for a name change and getting updated Social Security, License and all that stuff.
