* Connecticut licenses that indicate "Not For Federal Identification"
* Delaware licenses that indicate "Driving Privilege Only" or "Not Valid for Identification"
* Hawaii licenses that indicate "Limited Purpose Driver’s License" or "Limited Purpose Instruction Permit" or "Limited Purpose Provisional Driver’s License" or "Not Valid for use for official Federal purposes"

@sfleetucker Then my PA license would be no good, as well. I don't have the Real ID.
I went to get it, took ALL the paperwork that was listed in the letter, waited for FOUR STINKIN' HOURS, and they told me my last name wasn't the same as when I was born.
Well, no. I'd gotten married 35 years before.
I BROUGHT WHAT WAS ON THE LIST.
Anyhow, I left after that. I can certainly see why people go postal, so to speak.
@GeezerWench It was a giant pain in the keister to get mine. I can't imagine the horrors of trying to do it as a transgender person if that's how you were treated for a last name change.

I took his last name when we got married (like a million years ago).
I was so damn mad that day. If they'd had that on the list of documents to bring, I would have taken it.
I can't imagine the crap transgender people go through for a name change and getting updated Social Security, License and all that stuff.
@GeezerWench This is mostly true, I believe it only applies to the licenses which are marked with specific fields. Licenses without those fields are still valid from those states. Doesn't make Ron any less of a Fascist. #politics
