Did you ever notice that people who wear camoflauge out in public are not getting the point of camoflauge?
@GaryPoole you mean you can see them?π€
@GaryPoole
But there may be that one random shrub and then BAM! Gone in an instant.
It's Cosplayflage :)
@ceorl @GaryPoole
When I did a lot of travelling I wore it all the time.
Why?
Military surplus clothing was dead cheap and well made.
However, your points still stand.
There's nothing wrong with a bit of Cosplay. That's what all fashion is anyway isn't it?. But a camo t-shirt is not going to make you a commando ;)
@ceorl Fact π€£
@GaryPoole
@ceorl @stueytheround @GaryPoole neither will going commando.
@GaryPoole
I was tempted last time I was at a food court- sit among them. See if they say anything-tell them I did not see you, apologize and move along.
@GaryPoole Right? I think it would seem odd if someone ran around dressed in work clothes for a job they don't do. Like, if I ran around dressed as a priest, that would be weird, right?
@GaryPoole It is a bit ironic that there are people who use camoflage so as to be noticed.
For me, camouflage = uniform, from my days in the Army. It just seems odd to wear them as social clothing.
