I'm beginning to think that I buy bananas just to watch them die a slow death in my kitchen. I guess I'm a banana serial killer.
@GaryPoole Freeze them for breads, pastries. I just commented a few days ago that bananas have no flavor this year. Almost every banana I’ve bought has tasted like nothing.

I also use the "I'll make banana bread" excuse. Then proceed to watch as they end up turning black in a pool of gooey liquid.
