Or freezing my ass off in a 77 year old, very small and not well insulated home with fabulous woodwork inside. I'm leaning toward cashing out and going back to the clubhouse of stairs.

Someone once told me less is more. But not in quality of life. How we live our lives day to do and feel about it matters more than where we reside any day.
