Paragrin falcon? Red tail hawk?

@Say_what_now We think it's a red-railed hawk but it also has some Peregrine-like markings. I'm not a bird expert; all I know is that it was gorgeous.

Me neither. I think I once read that the Paregrine Falcon is larger than the hawks. Either way, it's special when this happens. It could mean that someone is reaching out from the other side. Don't mind me, it's just something I've been exploring.
