@GaryPoole Pelau, with 3 meats (usually chicken, pork and beef), green or dried pigeon peas, and carrots, beets, beans and sometimes corn -- and pig tail.
My only problem - I can't, simply can't cook, a small amount of it.
@Pat_Walrond that sounds AMAZING!
Authentic Lasagna Bolognese.
Definitely pays to have Italian chefs for friends.
@GaryPoole I don't think I can objectively choose a "best," but my favorite thing that I make is Osso Bucco.
Carb heavy goodies are my fav. My newest favorite thing to make is no knead, crockpot bread. With my health issues, cooking/baking can be a challenge, so simple & easy are what I'm into now.
For me, I really do like to cook. It’s one of my favorite things to do to relieve stress. Sometimes I get very fancy, other times I like to keep it simple. And I guess I have to say the thing that I like to make the best is the classic American sandwich.
