Depends on the level of no-sleep.
If it's just not falling asleep easily, I'll lay in bed and find somethings to let my mind re-focus. Usually cartoons.
If it's a "not getting comfortable" thing, I'll go downstairs, lay on the couch, and put something on the TV as background as I try to find some comfort.

I have a hard time sleeping. I finally found a gummie, which is legal in my state, that is formulated for sleep. I pair that with a sleep hypnosis loop that I have an app for. It turns off my mind and allows at least 6 hours of sleep. I’m 70 and not previously a user but I’m happy my state legalized.
