Fun fact:
I can’t sweat. This is NOT a humble brag. It’s literally a medical condition. I often can’t tell I’m overheating until it’s too late.
It was 95F today and I went for a little walk around a camping trailer lot and I thought I was fine. I do not have a built in warning system to tell me to go cool down. I’m a dumbass lizard.

When we left and got to a restaurant I was seeing stars had to ask for a cup of ice and was able to cool down with that.

Prior to that I was seeing stars and straight up hallucinating.

So yeah I’m envious of the people who can sweat buckets and just drink a bunch of fluids to cool down. Be thankful for having that even if you feel gross.

I am this many years old learning that that is a thing. I wish the best for you and offer no solutions but stay safe and hydrated my friend.
