I always add olive oil whether micro or pot corn. And now I have some Olive/Truffle oil mix...when I add fresh grated regianno and 100,000 year old Himalayan Pink salt (expires Apr/25) you know I'm some kinda 1%'er hoity toity sumbich that can't be taxed over 3%.

Did you check the expiration date on that salt. 😆
@FireMonkey Happened to use some pink salt - from a grinder for extra points - myself. LOVE olive oil and use it frequently.
