Had my coffee, granola bar and the "news of the day" from several sources. It's hard to stay positive. The world is a cauldron of conflicting politics, and none of the major players are clean. None wear a white hat. All are guilty of despicable acts and crimes.

Take care of the people around you.

On a lighter note, I took a walk on the beach yesterday and met this lady enjoying the afternoon sun.
