@FireMonkey Sunnyside Up is a fleeting thing. My grandmother used to splash bacon grease onto the top of the whites to hurry them along.

That's what I did, but the skillet and grease was cooling down so it took too long. Then I flipped to finish, and that sealed the deal. All good tho. Delicious regardless.
