I'm not struggling with it. I'm letting it run me right over. Once it passes I get back up again.

But I don't think the depression I get is on the order of magnitude of what I hear others describing. Mine is simply exhaustion from the chaos of the last 5 years or so and getting older and realizing my generation failed the younger generation.
