My husband rescued this crepe myrtle from the clearance rack 3 years ago. It was about a day away from being put in the store dumpster. Basically just a dry stick.
It was a late planting. He babied it through its first winter.
It seems appreciative. β€οΈ It's now higher than the garage roof.

I love it! I do have some lucky with getting seeds going. But after that I pass the seedlings to my husband. Between us, we manage. π
