One such image might be a hoax. But after seeing a similar picture and digging it appears these are actually a thing, so far found in Wisconsin, Missouri, and Minnesota #cosofood

I’ve (many years prior) seen an actual case of deliberate sabotage in a food packing plant, but that was a special case (they were rightly pissed off after being ignored when they spoke through ‘proper’ channels).
