You're absolutely right! This is why it's so important that things be regulated. Libertarians will tell you that regulation is tyranny, but adults can't control their impulses any better than children. This is why sticking a Mr Yuk sticker on things you don't want people to ingest and calling that "mission accomplished" doesn't work.
