Here in Portland, there seem to be almost as many Thai restaurants as there are weed dispensaries. And the majority of them are very good. Tonight's Evil Jungle Fried Rice and Glazed Chicken Wings were outstanding, and the spring rolls and pot stickers were very good. Sadly, the weakest dish was the Pad Thai, which seemed a little sweet. I'll settle for 80% winners though. And there are at least two full meals worth left over for the next few days.
