We are almost done with Phase 1 of the remodel. Install the rest of the lighting (10 fixtures), install the pellet stove/chimney/vent, then it's just little things like puttying nail holes in trim. Oh, and I want to paint the front door.

Phase 2 will be next Spring/Summer and that involves ripping out the deck, pouring a concrete patio and building an awning over said patio.
