Educated people may know #Trump can still run for president with a felony conviction, or even run while in prison. But Trump has made so many bogus claims about voter fraud, and so many claims that his opponents are criminals, that his followers have probably never thought about the details of what disqualifies someone from running. They will think he can’t win or would be committing a crime by running, because he told them so.
@EileenKCarpenter He can run, but now he's a Convicted Felon, he can't travel to many countries, and therefore can't do the job. There are other reasons it should disqualify him from being POTUS too. Like how do we handle a security clearance for him? He's unfit, unwelcome and unwanted.
@PoliticalEd
I suspect diplomacy trumps immigration law. Otherwise hard to negotiate peace settlements when dictators are involved
everything he and his spokesmodels are saying now is laying the ground for claims of a STOLLEN ELECTION and a RIGGED ELECTION and ELECTION INTERFERENCE
@EileenKCarpenter He can't go anywhere outside jurisdiction without permission from his PO. It gets crazy when you think about it but your operative phrase is "they will think." They don't.
@EileenKCarpenter
I see no problem here.
