I saw someone talking about body language saying that sociopaths blink much less frequently than other people, and Buckley must have been a prime example. He was lizard-like with the eyes.
@EileenKCarpenter @tirebiter73 An aside: William F. Buckley Jr. was a Central Intelligence Agency station chief and worked directly with E. Howard Hunt in Mexico (curiously that went unmentioned when Buckley "interviewed" Hunt).
