OF COURSE the largest declines are likely to be in rural counties, especially given the strong conservative lean. In most of those counties, five people leaving would put them at the top of this list. Naturally, the MAGAs are going to see this and talk about how EVERYONE'S LEAVING CALIFORNIA! Thinking maybe this is a masked IQ test.
