Borax and/or diatomaceous earth. Safe for mammals as long as you don't breathe it in, but pure hell on anything with an exoskeleton.
Dust kitty's bedding and the perimeters of rooms.
Make sure she's not around when you dust and wear a mask while spreading it. It's harmless once it's settled but the dust is not good to breathe.
