As long as Sen. Kirsten Sinema is still caucusing with the Democratic majority, her becoming an “independent” is really just a more honest relabeling of the way she behaved over the past two years. She was destined to lose the Democratic Senate primary in ‘24 anyway. This means the Senate Majority will be 48 Democrats and 3 very different independents. #politics
