I think this demonization of Haitians has a real potential to backfire. It was curated and platformed by the Neo-Nazi white supremacist Blood Tribe and definitely appeals to those Trump voters.
But, there's the South. Y'all, Haiti missions are HUGE with both mainstream and evangelical churches. It's ubiquitous.
So a lot of folks personally know Haitians - here and in Haiti. I expect some soul searching about bedfellows, TBH.
