For the non-aged nerds, Bob Martin and Grady Booch are heavy hitters.
Bob has been a paid speaker at the conferences where the organizer catfished female speakers for five years.
Grady is right.
There appears to be a mass exodus of speakers (minus at least Bob, of course).
Among the excuses given was that the high visibility speakers wouldn't commit to a conference without female presenters. 🙌🏻
Except he'd been doing it for years, so it was a fraud.
