I think that Tim Cook should seriously consider the impact this sort of thing had on the NFL, order a nice wine with dinner, and try not to giggle as he dumps #Twitter from the app store. 😉
@Cosmichomicide I see ppl saying Elmo isn't trying to purposefully blow up Twitter but what is the strategy here? Piss off legit advertisers so much that they flee and all you're left with is MAGA? If that's not purposeful, WTF is it. I mean to ruin your brand and reputation so much so that the only ppl left at the table are virulent antisemities and racists seems like a losing business model.
@JillMack30 I think it boils down to something super simple - he thinks he's the brand and he can't imagine anyone worthwhile not being enthralled by him.
There was an interview a while back where he was pontificating on his philosophical whatever and he sees himself as the visionary center of any situation. 😬
