@Coffee_and_Salt To be honest I forgot to eat yesterday until I had to pack some snacks for my shift last night. I'd had a coffee so my blood sugar didn't tank but food? Nah. Too much everything.

@Coffee_and_Salt I'm on the side of Life, so I try not to do self-destructive things to myself when bad things happen. I try to make myself stronger and readier.
I understand that when under stress, animals, including humans go into a no-eat mode. It hurts to eat.
But for some thousands of years, my most common occupation was "warrior" (or sometimes soldier). So I've learned to wolf down food whenever I have time to stuff a calorie into my face, because my time is at the mercy of the battle.
