America has an oligarch problem. Between 1965 and 2015, the US CEO-to-worker compensation ratio soared from 20 to 312. According to Statista, it was 399 in 2021.

@Coctaanatis Same in UK. What are your thoughts on Joe Biden? This side of the pond he looks good but then, we have no idea of reality in USA.
@Gite_Milvain I think Biden is doing well. He's smart, experienced and genuinely wants to improve things.
He's been hamstrung by the narrowest of majorities in the Senate and will be a lame duck when the Democrats take control of the House in January. He's also getting well on in years and should probably limit himself to one term.
Presidential second terms are seldom as successful as the first, so my guess is he'll bow out if he thinks there's a viable Democratic alternative.
