When even “be here now” is present tense breath slowly counting your breath:
“In 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 … Out, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 …”
Be real adventurous and set a peaceful alarm on your phone with 5 or more minutes. Eyes closed just counting and breathing without evaluating.
Exhale for longer than you inhale. The counting is a barrier to intrusion thoughts when meditation along doesn’t cut it. A great way to chill before a performance too😉

Morning! Aww Cinny! I am just so sorry that you are struggling so much! Maybe taking a long drive and listening to your favorite music might help to soothe you! Maybe go for a mani/pedi or a massage. Do things to really pamper yourself. Sending you much love and hugs! 💛
