Morning. I haven't been doing too well at it in the past few days. And it's not helpful. Either going to roll over and go back to sleep or get in my car and just start driving.

When even “be here now” is present tense breath slowly counting your breath:
“In 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 … Out, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 …”
Be real adventurous and set a peaceful alarm on your phone with 5 or more minutes. Eyes closed just counting and breathing without evaluating.
Exhale for longer than you inhale. The counting is a barrier to intrusion thoughts when meditation along doesn’t cut it. A great way to chill before a performance too😉
