Yes. I usually always am asleep before nine, awake by 6, but it's never a sure bet how much I will be up and down in between.

@CinnamonGirlE thanks! It took getting shingles on my face, nearly losing my eye, and permanent nerve damage for me to learn the importance of de-stressing to manage my health and wellbeing. Sleep and meditation are my new norms.

My daughter has had shingles 3 times on her face, under her eye. I am so glad you still have your eye and so sorry you have permanent damage. Hers always flares during time of stress as well. Glad you are doing better. Sleep is on point!
