of my dad
1/2
When I was a young kid, maybe about 5 or 6, we had a neighbor that regularly beat on his wife. I did not know, but all the adults did. One day I came home from school and this unfortunate woman was crying in my moms kitchen. Later on my dad came home from work, made a few phone calls, then went out. Only years latter did I find out that 4 neighborhood men went a visiting. Put that sob in the hospital for over a month.

This is how we used to treat wife beaters.
Here is the telling thing about my story. It was not at all unusual. My dad remarked, years later, "huh, of course we beat the shit out of him, that just what you do." I am sorry you had to go through all that. I know that my dad would likely have gone to jail today, but that would also not have stoped him.
The way I was brought up. You hit a woman, you are going down. No question.

I see zero problem with it. FAFO. We honestly need more FO. Maybe there would be less FA.

Knew of a dude in the extended Tampa "dirt rock/alt rock/Deadhead" community circa early '90s who roofied someone.
Couple of weeks later dude got his ass beat so bad he left town and never came back as far as I know.
Alls I'm sayin.'
