There is no way that summers were this hot when I was a kid. From July on, I am ready for fall. Currently 90 degrees at 7pm. I know it's hotter than that lots of places, but I don't want to be there either.
Maybe Canada would be good?

@CinnamonGirlE I grew up in Texas. The change is very, very palpable. The severe weather going hyperbolic over the past decade is an evil, added twist to the simple hotter summers in Texas.

I didn't even wear sunscreen outside (unsure that was wize, but it was easily survived). And, being , didn't that lady on Tik Tok point out that "WE WEREN'T ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE!" in response to some Millenial?

Exactly right! Lol, i am keeping my two 11 year old granddtrs this week and they both were complaining of being bored. I told them, jokingly, they could go out side and play and the water hose was available if they got thirsty. They looked at me as if I had lost my mine. I told them how I had grown up, you know they loved that, and to go enjoy the internet and air conditioning. Clueless, lol.
Climate change is real. And terrifying.
