I'm trying to transfer a concert ticket from live nation and it says the phone number is invalid. Does anyone know the trick to this? Dashes? No Dashes? A 1 before the area code or not?
@ChippySuave That's pretty horrifying. I know there's a more-or-less canonical phone number format that's often used in computing, but I don't think most people would ordinarily use that (and I can't find it in my searches right now anyway). Sometimes I just poke in the digits (with or without a leading 1). But if you're doing the transfer online, an interface that doesn't assist with the formatting...sounds like the web developers "phoned it in".🙄
@Marc_T_Benedict I'm a goofball! I was trying to transfer but the other person had not created an account yet with ticketmaster.
