@countZZero Hitch was a off on the 2nd Iraq War insomuch as his rationale (failed state, crimes against humanity ...) were valid, however his rational didn't align w/the Bush administration's rationale. I would have loved to Hitchens of Gulf II "debate" the anti-war Hitchens of Gulf I in a live/video format. As knowledgeable as he was he was quite skillful at deflecting questions while giving the impression he answered. For years I've pointed out how her "good deeds" have caused incredible suffering. But, hey, it made her feel like she'd secured a place in heaven. 🙄
