@th3j35t3r Is there troubleshooting help for a pro account that doesn’t know it’s a pro account? I got charged but it isn’t showing up.

@Calibabe @th3j35t3r Is it not showing up on your bank statement‽ Ask to see if your bank blocked the transaction. I had that issue before with other social media sites (thankfully not with Counter Social), so I had to use another card (which worked).
If you do not have another card available, I suggest signing up for PayPal or Wise.com & use the debit cards they send you as an alternative payment option.
