This is Fatcat. I didn't want to post this on #Discuit for whatever reason. Fatcat was about 15 years old, and he started feeling poorly. He had a cracked tooth and got a terrible infection. We treated that and were going to get him surgery. During the week leading up to the surgery, he started going downhill. The day of, they did his blood work and found that he was in kidney failure. Ok, I ran out of characters, but we had to make the hard decision the next day 😥

The vet just called me, and I realized the second I picked up that they were calling because his ashes were ready to be picked up. Now, I'm sad all over again.
