Good question. The article doesn't specifically say how he got there but does say he "landed"
@BrazenlyLiberal Well, unless Zelenskyy gave him a giant kick in the ass, I'm going to assume he flew. Too bad as the Hague had no chance to arrest him as they would if he'd gone by train!
