First they dug up my lawn without asking or notifying me. This turned out to be fiber optic lines for the internet. Now that fiber has been brought to me unsought and unwanted, I get daily emails and phone calls from Frontier wanting to "finish the installation"

What irritates me is they imply the upgrade is mandatory. It isn't and I don't need or want it.
