It’s the half hour + I dread every week. One on one with the boss.
Every. Freaking. Week! I haven’t found one person who doesn’t dread them.
@Boilergal How did it go?
It’s the same thing every week. He doesn’t do anything other than literally sit in meetings all day every day. He doesn’t stay on subject and always runs long.
@Boilergal I had a few bosses I liked but more I didn’t. There is some advice in books that may help, they did me. I read them after I managed to do some unhelpful things.
