The non-compete agreement case that destroys workers lives was blocked by the Trump judge after the FTC voted to ban them because the Chevron case decided by other Trump appointed judges on SCOTUS decided to take power away from the experts at regulatory agencies (FTC, FAA, FCC, FDA, EPA, SEC etc) and give it to judges who know nothing about the complex issues those agencies deal with who will basically do what billionaires and corporations want at the expense of everyone else.
