There aren't enough drugs that can make dementia don seem sane or close to normal, unless taken by others around, following ,or supporting him.
@Bix They're worried they left their stash behind at the White House. They can't understand that maybe Joe Biden, and other relatively non-defective humans can just get excited or have a cup of coffee.
They assume that because their world collapses and they are lifeless husks without enough coke and Ambien that we're all like that.
