If we actually had been, yes. But the meter was incorrectly calibrated because of all the additional costs incurred with the Twitter exodus. J implied that monthly costs were about 400% normal for Nov, and noted that the meter had not been recalibrated. So the 200%-ish funded meter would actually be more like 50%.
