Thanks to everyone who helped out with my Mazda troubles yesterday. It was definitely the most human-like random glitches I have ever seen. I think I am just going to buy a vintage, pre-computer era car.
@BipolarArtist If you ever watch Jay Leno's Garage he points out working of older vs newer cars sometimes. There are definitely positives to going the older car route.
A friend, who was an excellent mechanic and welder, looked for a Model T to buy at a reasonable price.
