Morning gang, happy Friday! Work begins on making some changes to my life and daily routine.

I need to especially take control of my health and fitness while also putting a bigger focus on my content creation, work, and life.

I need to approach everything with confidence.

@AnjelusX I’m having a good go with the Lose It! app, a scale to weigh myself, and a smaller one to weigh my food. Relearning portion control has been an eye opener for sure! Like, 1 teaspoon is a lot smaller than I thought. LOL

But you can do it! You’re resetting habits so it’s a journey not a race. You will fail, like eating too much one day, but so what? Just do better the day after that and you’re back on track.

You know the formula: Eat less, exercise more. You got this!
