I'm trying to stay away from Midi and Sampling for this track, but I need a stunningly crisp sound to contrast with the guitars. I may fall back to that. Right now I'm using two different snares to get the sound, but it's not QUITE there.
I'm doing a LOT of unusual techniques for this album, and this track has a Sonic Youth kind of guitar feel.
