Exactly why he or she is doing it. They want "engagement." It's outrage for outrage sake, with nothing resembling a reasoned argument.
More interesting is which accounts follow a loser like that, and which of them are controlled by people and not bots.
If I had an employee who followed that account, I'd be paying a lot of attention to his behavior toward women.
